Scoring & Baking (first half)

Okay. It’s baking day. 

After your dough has been proofing in your fridge for about twelve to sixteen hours, preheat your oven to four eighty five, and flip your dough onto your parchment paper.

Use your razor blade to make a nice slice down the middle, and then put your dough on your Dutch oven, spray it with water and put ice cubes in there to add more steam. 

And you’re gonna wanna bake this at four eighty five for twenty minutes. I’ve added way too much ice cubes in there, but that’s okay.
