(this is almost 10x more than you get at most places!)

You will get PLENTY of starter incase you have to start over.  Don’t worry, with this amount of starter, there is plenty of room to make mistakes!

Most sourdough starters you see at the grocery store or online are only 5-35g, which is very little.  Most people will go through that in one go.  And then have to buy more and it can get quite costly.

When you get my starter, you will get plenty of starter for at least 5 go arounds.
