9:20am- Crust Baking

Okay. After twenty minutes, your dough is technically done cooking. So now lower your oven down to four fifty and bake for another fifteen minutes or so with the lid off to brown your crust.

And then after fifteen minutes have gone by, your bread is done. Notice that spot there. Remember, I said I put too many ice cubes. That’s a bubble!

Final Reveal

Okay. So you’re gonna wait two hours for your bread to cool before you slice it down the middle. And then let’s look at your bread. It looks good fermentation was on point. You see that big bubble right there? That was because I put too many ice cubes, but that’s okay. Try to put less ice cubes when you do it.
